Tournament Admin, EU – Open Division
Are you a passionate esports enthusiast looking to up your game and help out around the community? Look no further than the HeroesHype tournament admin team!
This is an unpaid, voluntary position.
Tournament admins are the lifeblood of the Open Division. Admins are the face of the organization, providing excellent customer service to players and team managers. On top of communicating frequently with teams and players within, you will be helping with content creation by clipping awesome plays and providing insight to the production team so they can work on producing weekly top play videos on Youtube.
All tournament admins are required to participate with the Open Division tournament team, meaning they must not be a manager or player for any amateur teams. Candidates must be able to donate 4-8 hours a week, on Mondays and Tuesday evenings (and potentially Wednesday).
- Must be able to have strong communication skills
- Must be familiar with tournament brackets
- Must have a strong understanding of Heroes of the Storm
- Must have a familiarity with the HGC and Open Division formats
- Must have a microphone and Discord
- Must be available Monday and Tuesday starting at 4pm CET
- Must be willing to be coachable and participate in a team of like-minded individuals, and have fun!
Have a good understanding of broadcasting
Can also be available Wednesdays
Familiarity with Toornament or other tournament organizing tools

HeroesHype is a premiere Heroes of the Storm organization that serves to foster growth in amateur players and community influencers. Their Amateur Series tournaments began in early 2015 with the goal of building and supporting the competitive community for Heroes of the Storm. Since then, HeroesHype has hosted amateur tournaments, charity matchups, educational content and a stream team to serve the community.
